INSTRUMENTS WITH TC INSERTS
Because of the hardness, TC inserts are being inserted into the working tips of all of our cutting pliers. By using this
special material during tempering, a high HRC can be obtained which allows to achieve a perfect grind and an extra ordinary
lifetime of the instrument. Compared to other types of stainless steel instruments, pliers with TC inserts are more sensitive to chemicals and require therefore special care.

FOR A PERFECT MAINTENANCE OF THE TC PLIERS, PLEASE TAKE CARE OF THE FOLLOWING:
• Use a cleaning solution that contains corrosion protector for cleaning and sterilisation
• For cleaning the pliers please do not use an ultrasonic cleaning device as this may take off or splinter the TC inserts
• After cleaning and before the sterilisation process please make sure that the instruments are perfectly dry.
